FAQ

  • All of the products you see in our store are made on demand, good for the earth! Pipis doesn’t have fingers, only nubs, so it may take him 2-5 business days to ship out your order. Please be patient with him!

  • Depends. Domestic shipments take about 1 -8 business days, international 1-20 business days. Take into account fulfillment times, that’s separate!

  • Nuh-uh. Since all of our products are made on demand and Pipis works very hard, we don’t accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final, so make sure to carefully review the product description and size charts!

  • We trust our carrier pigeons to deliver all orders on time. But, estimates are only estimates. If one of our pigeons is late, please give them 5 more business days after the estimate to deliver it!

    Still not delivered after the extra time? Email us! Naughty carrier pigeons will be banished to the shadow realm.

  • Sorry! If you noticed that Pipis accidentally took a bite out of one of your items, please email us and attach some pictures. We’ll take care of it!

  • That’s okay!

    Here’s the rules -

    • Machine wash on a cold and gentle setting, inside out

    • Use mild detergents

    • Avoid bleach and fabric softeners

    • No dry cleaning!!!

    If you must insist on an iron, use a low heat setting and don’t touch the print.
